Consultancy workshops
In the years 2012, 2014 and 2015, Vicki provided professional consultancy training workshops titled “Effective Strategies for Managing Students’ Challenging Behaviour: A Psychological Approach” for the Education Bureau Hong Kong (EDB). The workshops mainly focused on the following topics:

3. Psychosocial Development in Childhood - Attachment and Separation Anxiety
4. Psychosocial Development in Children and Adolescence
5. Improving communication skills in classroom to deal with challenges

7. Enhancing techniques and strategies applicable to classroom and school settings
8. Providing supportive contexts (social climate) for learning
9. Promoting motivation and positive affect to enhance students’ self-understanding, self-esteem, and motivations in learning
