Experimental Social Psychology (ESP) Lab
The ESP lab, led by Vicki Yeung, Ph.D., conducts research in Behavioral Science. The ESP lab adopts vigorous Experimental method to investigate topics of Social Psychology. Lab members are particularly interested to explore the role of expectations on people's behavior, perception and communication. Recent years, they investigated the relationship between self and object, and tested how the mere ownership of an external object elevates one’s perceived self-efficacy and altered one's pain perception.
